Standard shipping is provided, and tracking is available once delivery has been attempted.

Processing Time:
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24 hours from Monday - Friday.

Shipping within the US:
Expect a 1-3 day shipping period for US addresses. Please note that delivery may experience further delays during holiday seasons.

International Shipping:
For the rest of the world, including North and South America, Asia, and other regions, shipping can take 10-30 days.

Import Taxes and Duties:
Duties and import taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional import or tax charges.

Correct Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address. Orders will not be refunded or resent if they fail to arrive due to an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, such as missing a house number.

Proof of Delivery:
If photo proof of delivery is provided, we are not liable to send replacements or provide refunds.

Returns:
